Our contact and quote forms are powered by Web3Forms, a form-processing service. When you submit a form, Web3Forms transmits your submission to our business email address. Our forms include a hidden honeypot field as spam protection. Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as government identification numbers or financial account details) in form submissions or emails.

Our business email, websites.santos.dev@santoswebstudio.website, is hosted with Zoho Mail. Email you send us, and our replies, are stored within Zoho Mail so that we can manage our correspondence with you and keep a record of project communications.

We retain project-related email for as long as needed to deliver the project, handle maintenance or support requests, and meet any record-keeping obligations.

Consultations are booked through a Google Calendar scheduling link. When you book a 30-minute consultation, the booking (your name, email address, and chosen time) is stored in Google Calendar so the appointment can be held and the video call invitation delivered to you.

Your use of Google Calendar is also governed by Google's own privacy policy. We use the booking details solely to conduct the consultation you requested.

This Website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services, and we do not use browser local storage to track you across sites.

Our hosting infrastructure may set strictly necessary technical cookies or log data required to serve and secure the Website. Any such data is used only for the operation and security of the Website.

We rely on a small number of third-party services to operate: Web3Forms (form processing), Zoho Mail (business email), Google Calendar (consultation scheduling), our hosting and content delivery providers, and PayPal (payment processing for clients who engage us).
