Scope & payment terms
- The $500 package covers an agreed project scope, not unlimited pages or functionality. Additional pages, complex integrations, and major changes are quoted separately.
- First complete review-ready version targeted within 24–48 hours after the confirmed project start, once all required materials are received. See the delivery target section below.
- Domain, hosting, and paid third-party services are the client's responsibility.
- Review your completed website before final payment.
- This is a paid service governed by the Website Project Agreement. Once the website and agreed revisions are approved, the full $500 project price remains due according to the Agreement.
- The website may be launched before or after final payment depending on the separately agreed arrangement.
- Final source code and transferable project files are delivered after full payment unless otherwise agreed.

Scope & terms
- Maintenance covers minor updates to existing websites: text, images, contact info, and minor fixes. New pages, major redesigns, and complex integrations are quoted separately.
- Unused monthly time does not roll over to the next month.
- Inquiries are generally answered within 24 hours. Simple updates are often completed within 2–4 hours after work begins, subject to complexity and availability. We do not guarantee fixed completion times or 24/7 support.
- The first-month offers above are promotional and available only following a qualifying website purchase. The plans in the Ongoing Maintenance Plans section show the regular, non-promotional prices.
- Cancel anytime to prevent future charges. Your active period runs until its expiration. No refunds are given for already-started periods except where required by law.
